Western Oil and Gas, Inv, (WOGJV) was founded in 1983.
The founder of the company, Michael J Neuman, previously
worked at Buckeye Petroleum, where he met Frank
Bannister. Frank and Michael soon agreed that there
were better oil and gas opportunities in Oklahoma and
Texas. Frank went to Oklahoma, and Michael staying in
New York to raise money for drilling. |

Since then, both companies have grown tremendously. WOGJV has grown to
over 160 investors, while Western Oil and Gas
Exploration and Development (WOG) in Oklahoma, now
drills over 30 million dollars in oil/gas well each
year. |

Western
Oil and Gas JV Inc is a small private oil and gas investment
boutique, which raises money from individuals interested in
adding oil and gas participation to their investment
portfolios. Throughout the years, we have worked with our
parent company, WOG, to handle75% of our drilling funds.
The balance of the drilling is done by Caddo Management in
Louisiana and Murfin Drilling Co., in Kansas as well as 3
other E & P companies in the oil patch. |

Our E & P companies drill over 50 million dollars of oil/gas
wells per year. We acquire fractional working interest
in a variety of wells to diversify our joint ventures.
We drill mainly infield and field extension wells to benefit
our investors with minimized risk. Each joint venture
will also consist of 1 or 2 higher risk wells to greatly
increase investor revenue if successful. Since
inception, we own working interest in over 350 oil/gas wells
and are successful in drilling 93% of the time. Our
payouts to our investors are monthly and average a return
better than 20%/year. Our track record is available in
